Ligonier Camp and Conference Center

This venue is not only a great place for us to get away and be equipped and encouraged for ministry, they share our passion to reach and equip youth for Christ.  This page will provide information about what to expect at Ligonier as well as some direction for those who will be commuting to the Summit. 

Directions

Lodging

  • All “Standard” and “College Student” NYMS registrants will be assigned rooms onsite at Ligonier Camp and Conference Center.
  • If you know others planning to attend, roommate requests can be made on the registration form – we’ll do our best!
  • Both facilities offer bunk-style rooms (sleeping four to twelve), and each room has its own bathroom and shower facilities.
  • There is limited availability for onsite married housing. Couples may register on the same form by selecting “Standard Married”.
  • Everyone will need to bring their own bed linens or sleeping bag, pillow, and towel.

Commuters

Registering as a “Commuter” or “College Student Commuter” and need to arrange nearby lodging?

  • We have arranged discounted room rates beginning on Sunday, March 3 at two nearby hotels.  You may contact them directly to book – letting them know you will be attending the Northeast Youth Ministry Summit.
  • Also, the Ligonier Chamber of Commerce website offers some lodging suggestions in the area.
  • Finally, there are a number of VRBO/AirBnb properties available in the area for you to consider.

Meals

  • Meals at NYMS are included and provided onsite for all registrants beginning with dinner on Monday, March 6 through breakfast on Thursday, March 9.
  • If you plan to attend one of the Early Bird Super Seminars on Monday, March 6, you will have the opportunity to purchase a boxed lunch to be picked up at check in. We will handle this in future communications after registration.
  • Ligonier’s food service team is happy to serve guests that have food allergies or are vegetarian. You can provide your food allergy information on your registration form, and they’ll be ready for you!
  • Once registered, if you have any questions regarding food allergies, please call Ligonier at (724) 238-6428 to discuss it.
