Registering for the Northeast Youth Ministry Summit is easy!  There are four options:

Standard: $429 – Standard registration includes everything! All the training, three nights shared/bunk style housing, meals (dinner Monday through breakfast Thursday).

Standard Married: $758 – Same as standard, but with onsite married housing (limited availability). Couples may register on the same form by selecting “Standard Married”.

College Student: $249 – The college student option offers everything included with standard registration but at a special reduced rate.  College students will need to provide proof of current enrollment at check-in.

Sunday Evening Add-on: $35 – If it would assist your travel plans to arrive and stay onsite the Sunday evening before the Summit, please select this on the registration form. NOTE: Sunday arrivals must check in after 4 pm, and there will be no meal service at Ligonier until dinner on Monday evening (unless you choose the optional box lunch for Monday).

Commuter: $329 – The commuter option includes everything that the standard option offers except onsite housing.  You are either from the area and staying at home or will be making your own housing arrangements.  The Accommodations page of the website offers some information about area housing.

College Student Commuter: $199 – The college student commuter option is the same as the commuter option but offered at the same special reduced rate for college students. This option will also need to provide proof of current enrollment at check-in.  NOTE: Even though the price is the same, if you do not need onsite housing, please select this option, as it will help us plan accordingly!

There will be a section of the registration form for you to select which option you need. That selection will automatically populate the amount you owe to complete registration.  
 
Please contact us for discounts for church groups of 5+ or if finances are the only reason you are not able to attend.

Payment and Refund Policies

  • Cancellations before 1/5 are refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee
  • Cancellations before 2/2 are 50% refundable
  • Cancellations after 2/2 are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations at any time due to extenuating medical circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email jbarry@cpyu.org for requests of this nature. Please note that the $100 cancellation fee may still be enforced.

Deadline

Registration Deadline: February 16, 2025.  If we have not yet reached capacity, additional registrations will be accepted after the deadline on a first come first served basis. Conference T-shirt and other supplies are not guaranteed after the deadline.
